When do discount codes become available for Oct/Nov?

Hi - does any one know when the resort discount codes for WDW are released for Oct/Nov 2003? We'll be there for Halloween - already booked at POR and keeping eyes open for the codes to appear I've looked up the past release dates for this time - it seems like it's closer to July? Any input? Thanks!!

Discounts for November last year came out July 22. The current Fairytale Package has to be booked by June 29th so Im thinking sometime after that the next set of codes or discounts will come out. Just my guess???
