When DISing, do you read the post first, or the poster?

I wonder how everyone DISes. Do you check to see who is "talking" first by looking at the name on that little side name & tag space (don't know what that's called) or do you read what they have to say and then check.

I read the posts first, then I check out who said it. Once in a while, I don't even check to see who posted it.

I read the post first then check the poster. If I see a name of someone I know I will automatically open it though just to see what they are blabbin about.
