When can we book Treehouse Villas?

I am sorry if this has been posted but I am interested in booking the Treehouse Villas for a September vacation. When does the THV open?
When do the reservations start? I am not a member at SSR-so I will have a 7 month window.

I believe SSR owners can book February 8th. My guess would be all others can book 2 weeks later but I'm sure someone else will chime in to confirm.

Are those the super cool things you see when your on the boat to downtown disney from like Port Orleans? Formerly used for College program? You can book those through DVC? I'm a SSR owner... and apparently way out of the loop.

That's the ones. Except that they are being replaced with similar but new modular units. Set to open in June. And, yes, they will be part of SSR.

They will be 3-br units. One of the br will be bunk beds. It will be the same point schedule as a SSR 2-br. The occupancy will be lower than a GV though. I think it's 9, but not 100% sure on that.

I was on the phone with member services a few days ago and was told they don't have any dates for the Treehouses yet.
