When can SSR mbrs make ressies?

My husband and I are BWV owners, so this question is for my sister, who just bought into SSR (and is computer illiterate!)
She is financing through Disney for her SSR purchase, and has only put down 20% of the purchse price. Her first payment is not due until sometime nxt year (2004) and her closing is tentatively scheduled for the beginning of June I believe.
She is interested in trying to book HHI or VB at the 7 month mark (which will be December 2003 for a July ressie). Will she be allowed to do that since she hasn't closed on SSR yet?

I was told that I could start making ressies anytime after Dec.1st as long as it was for after SSR opens.

my guide confirmed that as of dec 1, we can book anywhere as long as its within the 7 mos window and to stay after SSR opens.

Just to clarify ...

SSR owners may begin making reservations on Decemeber 1, 2003 for all resorts. The usual 11 and 7 month priorities will be in effect. No reservations may be made for a stay prior to the official opening of the SSR Resort.

Your sister should be fine for HH reservations for dates in July- subject to availability, of course.
