When can my dd apply for fall 2011?

Has anyone heard when it opens up for fall 2011 applicants? Thanks

The website says February but it's always been sometime in January. Mid- to late-January I believe? We don't yet know the exact date though.

In past years the applications have gone up on either January 20th or 21st. It's not guaranteed that they will go up that day this year, but that is when we (all the hopefuls) expect them to and will start watching for them.
