When can I reserve for 31st when 11th month out only has 30 days?

I understand that booking windows open on the same day of the month, 11 months or 7 months out. For example, if I want to book my home resort for September 1, my reservation window opens on Oct 1. Let's say I want to book for August 31st...how does that work since September only has 30 days? Would my window open on September 30th or October 1st?

There are only two times a year where the 31st opens up on the 31st. Every other month, you have to wait until the 1st.

I think you mean that if you want to book January 29th, 30th, or 31st at 11 months, you have to wait until March 1st because February doesn't have those days. Same is true for September at the 7 month mark...to book September 29th and 30th, you have to wait till March 1st.

There is no good reason to walk a reservation at the beginning of September. That's just unnecessary and makes things worse for everyone else. There is no reason to promote that type of activity.

Sounds like poor computer programming - shockingly, there are programmers WITH JOBS that cannot understand leap year.
