When can I expect written confirmation?

We booked our ressies with CRO on May 7th. Shouldn't I have received something in the mail by now confirming our booking? Should I call and ask about the confirmation or wait a while longer?

I can take about 2 weeks so it should be any day now.

I'm still waiting for mine and we booked on 5/5. I did check the website and found my confirmation there, so I know I'm in the system. I want to be able to double check the information for Magical Express, however, and that doesn't seem to be available on the website.

Mine usually show up 2-4 weeks after I return home. I kid you not!!!

It's almost like a little taunt from the mouse to tempt me to return again soon.

Thanks everyone. I have checked Disney's site and am in the system, so I guess I'll try to be patient and wait a while longer for something in the mail.
