When can I book thefamily tour?

Does anyone know if it is 90 or 180 days out for the family magic tour?
And do I have to pay in advance or leave a deposit?

I actually called yesterday to book for our trip in October. First I was told that I couldn't book it, I replied that I had read on these boards that you could book it up to a year in advance, she replies that she will check, comes back and tells me "yes, you can book it now." So I would go for it.

Oh wow...I didn't realise it was a yr in advance

I suppose my date might be full then..we go late Aug.

I would try calling today.....I asked them to check two dates for me and both were open. I'm sure you'll get something during your trip time.

Call 407-WDW-TOUR. I thought I heard all tours can now be booked 180 days in advance, but maybe sometimes they're more flexible. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, but cancellation is possible until just about the last minute, I think 48 hours.
