How far in advance of our cruise can I book a spa appt, or do I have to check in early and hope for the best? We're taking the Aug 28 Western Caribbean cruise.

You book the spa appt. when you are on board. This is usually one of the first things you should do. It's not like the excursions which can be booked before the cruise.

Again, like Palo reservations, the best times are booked when you get there immediately after boarding. A lot of "slots" are taken up by concierge level guests, so you should have a few times/dates in mind before you get there.

Often there is a special offered for a certain time slot, so be aware of that! Years ago, there was an offer but it was during Sail Away - and my thinking is, if you've been to one sail away, you've been to them all - so I took that special. It was a great way to start the cruise, but I certainly didn't want to go to early dining after being SOSOOOO Relaxed!!!

Our last cruise I was getting a massage during the sail away party....it looked way to crowded for me to enjoy that party anyway but this year since my daughter is older I may go to the sail away party.
I do have a spa question though....we are going on the Magic and I would like to have at least one spa appointment for each day...do they let you book 6 or 7 in one shot or can I just book one or two like flounders and be waitlisted for the rest??

You can make all you want! That's one great thing about the Spa!!
But do remember their cancellation policy, just in case!!

Enjoy!
