atlantic dance at the boardwalk hosts receptions, i believe they only offer buffets for meals, the vibe is different & kind of funky though

you could also look into the mad hatter cake to continue with that vibe at adh or any other venue. you can do receptions (so dancing, etc.) at epcot after park closing at one of the indoor venues like american adventure rotunda or or outside at the italy piazza or island. receptions at epcot require you to have transportation, dj & floral through disney only.
we had a dessert party after our reception at ariels at the uk lower which was just awesome, our guests were wow'd by the vip treatment & fireworks and it created such great memories & photos.
for posting photos you have to have them hosted online (wdwinfo.com, shutterfly, etc) you then right click on properties for the address url then click on the yellow insert image when posting
and theres your photo posted.
thanks for the compliment too! i felt amazing.
best of luck with your plans, may is a good time of year weather wise & you have the flower & garden festival at epcot. you can call & get more info & pencilled in for now with disney but you wont be able to book or confirm anything until 1 year at epcot or 8 months at other venues with your contract. definetly create a website (theknot.com has them free) to keep in touch with all your guests, it was so helpful for us to keep everyone updated. as for tips do what makes you both happy, have the theme reflect the 2 of you & everyone else will feel the vibe too, save your money, get tons of photos & the video and dont stress about the little stuff.
