When Can I book reservations?

We are going to Disney June 4-9, when can I call for dining reservations?
And does anyone have any great recommendations? We always have done a character meal, usually at O'hanas, Cinderall's Royal Table or Chef Mickey's. Is there another place that you think is as good or better? Also, I am looking into the 4 going to the Poly's big evening dinner show, is this good?

We are going from June 9 thru the 17th and I've already made all of our adr's.

You can now make them 180 days in advance. I booked all of our ADR's today for our June 16 - 23 trip.

As far as your character meal, Try breakfast at Crystal Palace. It is a great start to the day and the food is great.
