When can I book for March 2011?

Can anyone tell me when I will be able to book a package with room, tickets and possibly dining for March 2011? I need to plan everything out as soon as possible. We went to Diseny in September of 2009 and missed so much due to the fact we were so overwhelmed and stayed at Old Key West. (We had originally planned on staying at POP but were were upgraded.) Looking at Pop, CSR or Poly (probably a dream but you never know). Would love to hear pros and cons for all the hotels. Does Disney run specials in March or is that prime time? Is dining still 120 days for ADRS?
Thanks!

Early to mid-august will be when pricing is released for 2011.

ADRs are 180days out.

Having only stayed at the CSR of the 3 you listed (well, I've stayed at the Poly too, back when it was a choice of Ft. Wilderness, CR, and Poly, so that doesn't count), I can only comment on that one. For more information, check out the "Unofficial CSR Thread" by KatMark (it's loaded with information)

For myself, I stayed there last Sept and loved it. Newly refurbished rooms with queen size beds, nice TVs, the doors between the sink area and the rest of the room are great. Pepper Market is hit or miss, but Maya Grill was very good. The feature pool looked quite nice and the playground behind it is quite good.

The size of the resort is rather large, but it's quick enough to navigate through (figure about a 10min walk end to end at a normal pace, and this length of walk will not likely be very common). Bus service is also quite good as there are only 4 stops within the resort and it won't share with any others. (Compared to CBR with 7? and POR with 3, but sometimes shares with POFQ). Last September (don't know if these rotate or now), the stops at the parks were also right up front.

That's just my quick impression of it, and like I said you can check out KatMark's thread for much (much) more detailed info :).
