When are tickets released for US halloween night?

The Tickets for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal haven't been released yet I'm not sure when they will go on sale but you can keep checking the website here...

I know BG were doing E-tickets for their night & presume US will do the same(no postage costs then) but you can't get the "Stay to Scream" discount unless you buy your US/IOA tickets at the same time.
