When are they going to build AK Villas?

I wouldn't rule out AK Villas . . . look at how fast VWL sold out. Besides AK Park isn't finished yet so additional construction is still an option. And, if we keep this thread going, maybe it will give Disney another reason to postpone Eagle Pines.
