When are the "seasons" at WDW? (re:resort pricing)

I know I have seen this info somewhere...

When are the "seasons" defined at WDW? ( EX: Value season, Regular Season, etc.). I am trying to find out this information so I can determine our Disney Vacation dates, and decide what resort to stay in.
