When Are New Park Hours Posted?

As of right now our AK day in October has a closing time posted of 7:30 but a CM told me that times will be extended to accommodate Pandora after dark. Does anyone know when this would happen? I'm hoping that more FOP fast passes are released at that time. 60 day window opened yesterday and there was nothing available. Thanks!
