When are MCO's quiet times?

It seems like we always end up on the packed full MCO flights going down. Then we always take a flight out of MCO where ticket counter lines are long, security lines are somewhat long, and of course the plan is oversold. Which is fine, I understand Orlando is a popular destination.

But what days/times are best to avoid the crowds? Is departing early morning or late evening best? Will arriving in Orlando late at night be the least crowded flight?

I don't there really is any quiet time flying to Orlando. Most flights nowadays are usually very full.
