When are dining packages open

We are sailing on the Oasis in December. I want to book the 3 night specialty dining. It is not showing up on the website. I called and they said it is not up yet. Does anyone know when the open this up?

I'll will be on the December 4th Oasis sailing. The specialty dining packages were on the website when I looked last night.

Thanks we are sailing towards the end of the month. So hopefully in the next week or so.
