You may have to call. I have booked my March 2013 stay for RPR already. But I had to call. Additionally, I paid rack rack in order to get a kids suite, which I understand are limited in number. I will call back every month to check to see if they have released AAA or Military discount to see if they can modify my current rack rate.

If you are just booking a room, make sure you calls Loews directly and not Universal Vacations. Loews operates the Universal onsite hotels.
