When and how do I preorder for BOG?

I've held off asking this question for a while as I thought it was likely frequently asked and I would see the answer in another post, but haven't seen it yet.

When can I preorder for Be Out Guest lunch and where do I go to place the order? I'm assuming it would be on MDE, but can't see an option to do so in my account. We are 34 days out, so maybe it's just too early.

You can preorder 30 days before your reservation. When you go into MDE, and click your reservations, go to the BOG ressie and there will be a link to preorder

It tells you the date on your MDE account. It will say "Place your order starting ..........". The date is also on the email you will have received when you made the reservation.
