wheelchair assesable rooms

Can anybody tell me how they find the disabled/handicaped rooms? i.e. is the shower sufficent for a shower chair etc would you get a hoist under the beds that sort of thing.

also because we would 100% need a handicaped room or we couldn't go how easy is for these rooms to be made available. Don't want to buy into DVC and then find out we can't get because there is no handicaped rooms.

Yes, the HA rooms at DVC resorts are COMPLETELY HA. Beds are adjusted for height, showers are rollin, etc. Even sinks are roll up in the kitchens.
