Whcih parks to do first 3/23 - 3/28 ?

We're headed Tues 3/23 - & checking out Sun 3/28 & staying at the POP & I have no idea what parks to choose on what day to try & get the least crowds (if possible) . What would you all recommend ? We have annual passes & our traveling with our 15 month old son. Any suggestions ? We expect crowds & are planning on getting up early & using fast pass whenever possible.

So please all Disney experts help ! We leave next weekend
