What is your ideal weight or personal weight loss goal?

If you want to post, you can include height or anything else you want to add, too, not just weight. :goodvibes

My personal goal is to be in a size 10 or 12, which is probably about 160 - 170. I'm 5' 5 1/2". I'd also like to be about 25 - 30 % body fat.
 
I'm thinking that 159-160 is a good place for me. I just can't seem to get there.

Mine is between 135 and 140. I was 135 when we got married but I know I wont look the same now at that weight... I have had 3 kids and the hips to prove it...lol

Ok before anyone thinks that someone here is anorexic...that was me who voted 101lbs :lmao: I read the question wrong and thought it said what was how many pounds we planned on losing.

Anyway, my target weight is anywhere between 125 and 135.

I'm glad you posted. I was a little worried at first. Then, I was thinking, well maybe they're 4'10" or something. :goodvibes
 
135-140 for me, i'm 5' 4" with a medium frame --
 
I have to switch my mind gears--I am new to this forum and when I first read this I thought it was "what's your Wilderness Lodge goal" :rotfl2: :rotfl2: . Inner courtyard, 4 or 5 floor, please.

Anyway, my goal is between 150-160 but right now I would be happy with anything (read my "lost cause" post). I am just starting and have a looong way to go. You guys and girls are an inspiration.
 
I haven't quite decided what my goal is. I have lost 15 lbs since January. (Not exactly setting the world on fire am I? LOL!)

I am into a good 12 and sometimes a 10, but I still look "chubby" so.... I figure I have at LEAST 15 more to go... I am playing it by ear and look! (I mean let's get real, only major surgery is going to make me look like Heidi Klum!)
 
Well since I'm 5'10 ish and a somewhat larger frame than average my ideal weight is around 175. I hate that, but that's what's ideal for me so the charts say. I've been 175 right before I got married and dropped about 60 pounds and was told I looked too thin. Can you imagine?
 
The nutritionist says I should be at about 155. I would like to get to between 145 and 150.
 
I voted 101-120 because 120 would be good fro me after 2 kids. I'm only 5'2' and have a medium frame. I have about 10 lbs. to get that weight and then I will see if I want to lose another 10 to get to prebaby weight. :goodvibes I wear a size 6 and would like to be a 4. My BMI is actually just out of the slightly overweight category because I lost 10 lbs. in the last 2 months.
 
I voted 160 -180. seems high to some, but I am 50, and I WAS 277 at one point few years back(and kept that weight/size for many years) ---with WW, I got down to about 170. I felt GREAT! I looked fine! I was THRILLED to be wearing size 14!) I am going to keep my goal realisitc. I am 50 and I know I won't be 135 ever again. I'd like to be between 115 and 125. I'm 5'3" and currently 135. I lost 30 pounds over the past few years, but haven't been able to keep off the weight. I gained 10 back in the last year and can't seem to get motivated again. :confused3 I just had to buy bigger pants this week. :sad2:
 
I voted for the 160-180. I am 6 feet tall . I have about 50 lbs to lose. :guilty:
But I am eating better now than I ever have. I have accepted that I will never be as thin as I was 3 kids ago!!! :rotfl:
 
I'm not sure I really know. I voted for 160-180, but I don't think I'll really know until I get there.

I'm 5' 10" with a large frame--I'm honestly OK with 200 or lower. I want to find a balance where I'm fit and reasonable healthy, but able to have the occasional cheeseburger. Being happy is more important to me than being as thin as I possibly can be.
 
I voted for 120-140. I'm 5'5 and weigh 160 now. I have a small frame so Im thinking 130 would be great. Before kids it was 120 but that seems like SO LONG AGO!!!

I chose 121-140, but in truth, I wouldn't mind being just under 120. I am just under 5'4" but I have weighed as little as 106, (without feeling sickly skinny or anything, I still had muscles and looked good). I have a very petite frame and an hourglass figure.

So far I have lost 46 pounds since January. :cool1:

Wow how di you lose 9 lbs. in a month? I struggled to lose 5lbs. this month and it was very hard for me. I guess my metabolism is slow after having 2 kids and turning 30. :confused3 Good job losing those 9 lbs!
 
Kaysmommie --- I don't nurse anymore so I know that helped somewhat. I also done South Beach for three weeks. There's a thread on this forum.


I cut way way way back the white flour, pasta, cookies, etc. I jog and just put less on my plate.


I now weigh 152. About 5 to 8 more pounds to go.
