I am really tired
sleep.gif
tonight. (Its 9:45 pm)

Tired and resigned that my house will just have to stay messy a few more hours. I just came back from a field trip to the Chicago Children's Museum with my daughter's class. Ten autistic kids, seven adults, and hundreds of strangers - very exhausting.

distracted. Too much on my mind right now

I am trying to fig out what to cook for dinner.........not sure what mood that is really..........confused? pondering? ...................though the further I get through my glass of wine the more relaxed I am becoming about what I make for dinner.

I'm worried...we had a co-worker just leave in an ambulance after collapsing! He was going in and out of consciousness, hyperventilating, and just not doing good! There are only about 10 of us here in the office, so we're all pretty close and have worked together for years. I had to call his wife and let her know what was going on:guilty:

a bit snarky

and a little apprehensive

what a strange mix I'm in.

 :upsidedow :scared: OMG- I havent had a cigarette since Friday night- I'm every friggen mood they ever invented right now :headache:  :guilty:

Now somebody quick tell me some day I will feel :goodvibes and these horrible withdrawal feelings will be a thing of the past for me.

I'm struggling pretty bad right now- but I just can't give in. It took me 25 years to become so addicted to those nasty things- it will take more than a few days to get all that crap out of my system :confused3

Okay, thanks Dr. Phil

You can do this. I know, as I smoked for over 20 years, and it was a year in October, and I feel great. Just keep talking to yourself, do whatever it takes. you will be happy in the end..Good luck.

It's not exactly a mood, but I'm feeling crazy. I've been taking Sudafed for sinus issues & I think I've lost it. I feel loopy.

Good luck Jodi. I quit about 3 years ago just on a whim. But I am one of those people that is too stubborn to go back to smoking, once I quit i quit. It took a couple of months til I felt like the last of the stuff was out of me.

My mood was relaxed and happy chilling with my two kids til I just got a phone call asking for a favor to watch my daughters friend tomorrow which I feel like I am getting used when I say yes but am too nice to say no. Now I feel annoyed and aphrehensive.
