What's your first dinner?

We will be arriving early and going straight to Epcot. We have ressies for lunch at Coral Reef and dinner at Le Cellier just before Illuminations. God bless DxDP and a probable nap after we check-in. :yay::yay::yay:

We are arriving around noon and spending the day at MK. My actual BDay Dinner at 7:20 pm at Tony's right after watching Spectro!!! Hoping for a magical day:love:

Chef Mickey! We had a mini tradition going on, where we had dinner at CM every trip, then took the monorail over to Poly to watch EWP. Last trip we skipped that, but both kids, now teens, revolted! So it's back to CM on the first night next trip again, and we're all really looking forward to starting the trip off with a napkin dance!

That's so cute! I love hearing that, especially now that my oldest is going to officially be a teen this year. I was worried they would start feeling too "grown up" for Disney.

Silly me. I don't know what I was so worried about, I'm almost 36 and nowhere near too grown for Disney! LOL

5pm for dinner? Maybe it's because we're New Yorker's, but I can't imagine eating dinner before 9/9:30 pm. 5pm is closer to lunch.

Just curious, but do you eat with little ones? If so, what time do they go to bed then? And when is breakfast? We don't generally do 5 Pm ADR's, but in the 5:30-6:30 range. At home, by 9 they're in bed (by 8/8:30 on school nights). At Disney, we're either at MK or Epcot for the parade/Illuminations or back at the Poly getting PJ's on etc, then we watch the fireworks from the beach and straight to bed. I'm just curious, it's interesting to read how very different schedules work for families!

Ah, now I understand. We are sans little ones, at least for now.

I see! DH and I have been on the earlier eating for years now, so it will probably take us awhile to transition back. But if we ever went to Disney sans kids, I could see us doing much later dinner ADR's. We wouldn't break for a CS lunch around 11:30-12:30 like we do now. We'd probably just have lunch when we took our afternoon resort break, closer to 3, and then the late dinner. Kids do change a lot!! But I know some people do eat later with kids, so I was curious how the rest of the day kind of looks.

Due to scheduling of other meals throughout our week, we are starting out with Tutto Italia for dinner.

I dont have a tradition. But this trip in a couple of days is gonna be a Dole Whip!
