prime rib (rare); twice baked potatoes; greek salad with feta cheese or fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzerella, and fresh basil drizzeled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; warm sourdough bread with garlic; fresh asparagus or fresh string beans wrapped in prosicutto and red peppers.
