What's your favorite way to end a trip?

My favorite way is to have breakfast at Cape May and then walk around Epcot and take in the sights. For the past few years, we have gone in May, so it's nice to take in all the flowers before the crowds flood in. It's a calm way to end a crazy week!

We can't end with Wishes since we have to leave by 2 pm to drive back home.

We like to end with a unique dining experience that we can't get in most places, such as brunch at Chef Mickey's, or a late breakfast at Ohana or 1900 Park Fare, followed by a final monorail ride.

For our next trip, we are ending with a morning at the park of my children's choice (we see which one they most liked that particular week and which attractions they want to do again), followed by a lunch at Sanaa.

Another one for "camp Wishes", in the FP area with our routine Starbucks and ice cream. Gonna have to get creative on "best (aka not being squished in the Main Street mob lol) viewing spots" if Wishes FP will remain no more. :worried:

Pack our things, check our bags......... and head for the MK for rope drop. A few last hours in the park hitting our favorites is the best way to go.

We always finished our last day around noon or so at the MK by eating a Casey's hot dog and getting ice cream from Plaza I think it's called. We would sit there and watch the guy play the piano if he was there at the time and fight the ducks and birds trying to steal our food...haha. It is probably the only real "tradition" I recall from going with my family. Otherwise we just did whatever.

We end our trip like we start it, with the least crowded park of the day to get the most accomplished.

We always end our trip at MK. I love to leisurely walk down Main Street at night and just take everything in .

Always Magic Kingdom. On a full day we'll do Rope Drop right through to the Kiss Good Night, on a partial day we'll get there for Rope Drop and do as many of our favorites as we can. It always ends on Main Street, looking back as the castle and promising ourselves we'll be back.

We don't have a tradition yet, but are leaving during the day this time. I've got an FP for 7DMT so maybe that will become a tradition since the whole family likes it.

Wishes for years, but we purposely ended our last trip with the Star Wars fireworks show. We plan to do the same on our upcoming trip in April.

The last two trips we have done an early visit to MK, fastpassing our favorite rides, leaving around 1:00 to make our DME trip back to the airport. We all have loved that "extra" MK day!!

We usually eat dinner at CRT and do the Wishes Dessert Party to watch the fireworks.

With the party no longer being assigned seating, we will have to come up with something new going forward.

On our last trip, we had dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table on our last night. We found it was a great way to wrap up our trip and we're doing it again this time. Then we'll take a whirlwind tour of MK, hitting whatever rides we really want to do again. If we have the energy, we'll stay for Wishes.

we usually do MK on our last full day, then move to a dark side hotel in the early morning for a couple of days in HP world (enjoying the luxuries of express passes and walking to/from the parks).

this trip is a short one that we're tacking on to a trip to the Eastern United States, and so we've opted for a final couple days at the GF instead of US. We have Club Villain on our final night--really feels like going out with a bang!

We used to always do Mickey's Philharmagic last, then do the sad walk out looking back at the castle and trying not to cry too much as we were never sure if we could ever afford to come back. Every trip has been a blessing. The last two trips, we have a new tradition of doing a last ride on the PeopleMover and just taking it all in. We still do the sad Main Street walk but last trip was better as we had a BounceBack booked for September. So I knew we'd be back. This time, I'll probably bawl like a baby as I do not know when we'll be able to afford to come back next time. It's getting so much more expensive and we love long trips. We've talked about maybe doing a small bounceback trip if we can afford it. We might book and then see what happens.
Anyways, After the sad walk out, I always crane my neck on the bus back to the resort to get that last glimpse of the castle.
