What's your favorite thing at Goofy's Candy Co.?

Does anyone know if they sell any kind of sugar free candy there (chocolate or otherwise)?
TIA!

We were able to use our snack credits here just yesterday. In fact I had 6 of them left to use and loaded up on snacks to take home to the kids. MOST items ($4 or under) were included, but there were exceptions. The CMs have a LONG master list there of what is included, but basically they said just bring the item up to the register--if it takes it then it's included, if it declines then it's not.
I was able to get all kinds of things for the kids (boxes of character cookies, candy bars, pretzels, suckers, bags of goofy's gummies, etc.) They also include the rice crispy treats as before, and beverages, but so much was included there it was a GREAT place to use the snack credits for take home goodies.
We had asked at guest services at Downtown Disney to see if snack credits could be used there and were told no, but decided to ask inside anyway since we were going over there. That's when we found out all of the wonderful things we could use them for at Goofy's Candy Company (and they can be used at the Candy Couldron on the West Side as well.)

Yum!! Some great ideas here!

And fantastic photos, too!

What's a Goofy Glacier?

And how exciting that you can use your snack credits here! I might have to pop in each day... :cool1:

Giant oreo dipped in dark chocolate then rolled in broken Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, then drizzled with chocolate!

Heather,

When I was in there last they did NOT have any sugar free candy. But that was a while ago so they may now carry it. But when I was there- I saw nothing sugsar free.

Love that jelly beam wall though...

You read my mind, just had this Friday night!!

Went back Sunday and got a big cookie covered in milk chocolate, oreos, and drizzled with caramel. Froze it and ate it Monday night. I had to share it with my FSIL, the chocolate fiend, because it was just too sweet for me!!

The prezel rods are my favorite!

Thanks Sue Ellen. Did you have time to go over to the Goofy's/West Side?I would love to know what's included over there.

We used some of our snack credits there too. It was great. They said that the dippables were not included but most everything else was.

I got the dark chocolate covered mint chocolate squares. There are huge and beyond yummy! We got a few almond turtles too! :thumbsup2

Most of the bagged candies were considered a snack credit too.

Awww... :sad1: thanks bumble, maybe it will have changed by this weekend.

For those of you with dietary restrictions, it wasn't easy but I did spot a very limited number of sugar free selections. You may want to ask where they are to save time looking at row after row of candies.

Actually, the above was taken from the DIS home page under a blurb about Goofy's Candy Co. Not sure how long ago it was written, but hopefully they have some sugar free chocolate somewhere there (I really want to stick to my low carb diet while there).

I love the apples, dipped in caramel, chocolate, nuts and more caramel. So good!

Not sure what you call them in Australia... Where I grew up in New England they were called Slush Puppies, or Mr Mistys (at the Dairy Queen) and are basically a frozen drink that is made from syrup and crushed ice. Like if you could drink a snow cone. I forget what they are called here in the UK. :confused3 Probably because I have never had one here.

You can also get quite a few varieties at MGM.

We did not go into the Candy Couldron on the West Side, but I would imagine that the offerings on the dining plan for snacks should be similar.

They do have sugar free candy offerings (bags of candy on the wall--and had a decent selection) I look for these because I have cut out a lot of sugar in my diet (best thing I ever did.)

Goofy's Glacier is a slushie (chopped ice flavored beverage.) Sort of like a 7-11 Slurpee or a frozen coke.
