Riding Amtrak Coast starlight over Vanderburgh AFB.. month of May was a dream come true after hearing about other flowers blooming across the West...it was breath taking .. some folks like dropping off the Cascades into Eugene or pudget sound... and Portland Oregon is fun as the only city seen in its glory ... but Vanderburgh has very little civilization to distract from the view

Roadrunner... they are rare to see and very comical in appearance and behavior... quail also..I will brake for a group crossing the road in our neighborhood
