What's your favorite not-so-popular attraction?

I love Tom Sawyer's island. I think its the most relaxing place in MK and the young kids have a ball there. I think my kids could have spent almost all day there. I also think Sounds Dangerous is a lot of fun, especially your first time. The Canada & France movies in Epcot are also great. I also used to love the Igloo in Epcot (awesome on a hot day!) with all that gross Coke at the end but I think the Igloo is gone and just the Coke remains.

I don't know if it's popular or not but we love the People Mover! :teeth:

Next is the Treehouse. :cool1:

Hate that blasted Tiki Room! :p

We love Figment and Journey into your Imagination.
The ride is terrible but we love Figment and his song.
:figment:

It's definitely Carousel of Progress!!!!

But it seems to me what I like more than anything else is how friendly people are and how willing everyone is to just join in a conversation on the bus or in the hall. I just appreciate the overall sense of relaxation and comfort that you get when you are immersed in the Disney spirit.

I totally agree with you. It's the first thing I noticed during my first adult trip to WDW and the thing I look forward to the most when we visit. Now if only everyone, everywhere could be like this all the time the world would be a better place. Is that a song? :rotfl:

I so love the TTA! I could stay on that ride for an hour without stopping!

Country Bear Jamboree is great, it's a classic!
I like just tooling around in Innoventions East and West in Epcot!

My family really loves to ride these, most of them we ride more than once at wDW, interesting thing thing about it is nobody really talks about them as something we really want to ride. But we act as if we HAVE to ride these, call it tradition, or whatever.

CoP
Snow Whites Scary Adventures
Swiss Family Treehouse
Mexico's River of Time

Love, Love, Love Journey into Imagination always have and always will

Journey into imagination with figment, TTA, and Living with the land are my fav's! :thumbsup2

An I absolutely positively agreee with that... :goodvibes

Spaceship Earth is one of my absolute favorite rides. I remember bringing my oldest DS on that ride when he was only a couple months old. :cloud9:

In Epcot I still like Journey Into Imagination, don't know why but I ALWAYS have to go on it!
In Animal Kingdom, Dinosaur is a must, it's fun & it's a little bit scary!!
In Magic Kingdom I like TTA!!!

Wow...all these folks who like COP. How come it's always empty? Maybe next time i go it'll be dis' day and all the folks normally in line at space mt. will be over a COP.

my fave "not so popular" attractions:

Birds of Prey show in AK.

jungle ride & snow white in MK (old school)

hanging out in england (fish n chips, british invasion band, & character greet in the little shops)

would muppets be "not so popular"? - cause they very much rock.

(& COP....great place to get a 20 min. snooze)

I love Spaceship Earth, which rarely ever has a wait. It's probably one of my favorite attractions in WDW. Also we love the photo area on Main St. in MK that many people overlook. Here are some pics from that..........

Other favorites.... COP, TTA, American Adventure, Hall of Presidents, Country Bear Jamboree, Journey into Imagination, El Rio di Tempo in Mexico, Great Movie Ride, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground, Pooh Playground, Train ride, those are just off the top of my head when I think of things with little wait. We sort of found these favorites when our kids were really little and couldn't wait in line or ride anything too intense. Now that they are older they still love these! :)

Another personal favorite for me is Mickey's Philharmagic, which usually isn't too long of a wait. :goodvibes

18 HOURS until we go to Disney!!!! :woohoo:

Oh, these pictures are so cool! How many times I've been on Main Street and missed it?! Can anyone enlighten me as to specifically where these photo locations are? Thanks!!!

The photo locations are located in a building to the right right after you come into the park. It's right beside Tony's Restaurant. There are characters in there too!

Another vote for TTA ( it's still the people mover to me...)...the Tiki Room (I kind of liked the original better...it's all about the song)...I really like the mosaic on the walls of Cinderella castle...so much detail...it's amazing.

Hall of President's...I LOVE this attraction! Not sure what it is, but I love it. It's always a nice break on a hot day, never crowded and the technology and the history behind it just fascinate me.

Carousel of Progress, TTA and Hall of Presidents. I just love these three attractions. I'm am totally amazed by them!
