I've had so many different brands of bakeware over the years. I bought the Cook's Essentials off of QVC a few years ago, but they are now a bit rusted and I just don't like them anymore. I have had the cheap ones from Walmart, don't like them. I will say that I do have 2 of the big stone bar pans from Pampered Chef and I WILL NOT live without those babies!!! That is my must have to make my brownies. But for other pieces, I have found that I really like the Wilton brand pans (the darker ones though) I bought 2 of the square cake pans and I LOVE THEM. They do not stick, they clean up so easily. I just bought a 13x9 pan this morning and I think each payday, I will go to Michael's with a 40% off coupon and purchase a new pan. My ultimate plan is to replace all of my old, rusty, gross pans with these.

What's your fave and why?

Le Creuset. We try not to eat sweets so our bakeware is used more for main dishes.

I'm a huge fan of the Doughmakers cookware.

As far as pots and Pans, I like the All-Clad Stainless. Used Analon Titanium until about 2 years ago, then got the All-Clad. The Difference is remarkable.

For bakeware, Longaberger pottery. Love it!!! Cleans soooo easily!

For pots and pans, The Green Pan from chef Todd English:love:
