You could also rent some bikes if you wanted to make it out to serenity bay and back quickly. The bikes are cheap and even though they say it's an hour rental really you have them for as long as you like.

And you can leave them at serenity bay if you want or need to catch the tram back

Another vote for Heads Up Bar! Not only is it open and breezey, uncrowded and with beautiful views, I think the drinks are better there, too!
