I try to accomplish too much on each trip, but my favorite part of Disney is the live entertainment, especially, the street entertainment. What's your most important part to accomplish?

Other choices would be fireworks, parades, rides, shopping, taking pictures or video, etc.

"Have fun...have fun...have fun..."

This is my mantra and I imagine some people are laughing saying how can you not...it's Disney. But I want to make sure we don't get so caught up the "we have to see this...ride this....do that" that we don't relax and enjoy the wonder of it all. I especially want to remember not to push my children too hard. If they "miss" something because they are too busy enjoying something else, or simply need a break, then they haven't missed out on the most important thing...having a wonderful time together as a family.

So repeat after me "have fun...have fun...have fun." :goodvibes

To relax, and escape from reality! To soak in the sights and sounds and eat good!!!

To ride The Haunted Mansion. It's a "touchstone" for me, something that's been exactly the same for 30 years. I know it could be better technologically at this point, but it hold a special place in my heart just like it is.

I like that to feel like I'm 8 yrs old again answer. Though for me it would probably be 10 - the first time I visited DL or 14, the first time I visited WDW.

Pirates. pirate: The smell, sounds, sights, heat, splash, song. It takes me right back to those times more than anything else.

When I brought my DW for her very first visit to WDW, that's the first ride I took her on. Had to be.

:earsboy:

For me, it's to simply have a great time and put all my worries aside for the time that I'm there. The next time I go I really want to focus as best as I can on enjoying the moment and soaking it all in, as I will be on my honeymoon. Toguh to do with so much going on, I know, but it's worth a shot.

I love the various street performers in Epcot. They're so much fun to watch and my trip isn't complete without watching the performers! :cool1:

hi
lying on the sandy part of typhoon lagoon lounger area in the sun, reading a book. all day :sunny: we try and and do this as often as possible. visit the parks in the evening. absolute bliss. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

My priority is to soak it all in......forget about everything else going on.....enjoy this wonderful "World" that Walt created for all of us.

For my upcoming trip (11 days- woo hoo!) me and my husband plan to RELAX! All of our PS are during the day, not the evening. On our last trip we scheduled so much stuff at night we were pooped. We plan on taking it all in this trip :)

My aims for our upcoming trip:
- Show BF WDW as he never saw it [I want him to be able to enjoy Epcot - he wasn't fussed last time he went - and relax - last time he stayed offsite and only had one day in each park]
- Escape reality and enjoy the magic
- Feel like a child again

To ensure our son as a fantastic time, when we are at the parks to get him on all his favourite rides (many times)..and when we are not to watch him have a good time in the pool and generally just to see have really happy and enjoying himself.

Also we get a bit of time to relax which we do not always get at home...and there's also shopping!

1 - getting to be a kid for a week!
2 - eating dole whip's until my brain freezes!!!
