Whats Year of a Million Deams?

Hey,
I saw on another thread that said starting Oct, 1. instead of the 50 year celebration (which will end then).
DL will then start whats called "Year of a Million Deams". Does anyone know what the story behind this?

I found the info on the Main WDW web site. It talks about how there will be a contest to win a VIP trip and I think you can hopefully win other prizes also and that there will be special events through out the year.
