i never hear anything about this restaurant is it good? i was thinking of trying it for lunch.

We ate there in Nov. and it was my favorite meal of the trip. Had the spinach stuffed ravioli. Very good. We really like this place.

We have eaten there twice and had good meals both times. We even had great view of Spectro parade from our table in the conservatory room. The dinner menu is not extensive, but all 3 of us(DS17, DH and me) enjoyed our meals. I think lunch menu is a bit different.

Connears

We've dined at Tony's twice before and both times we've enjoyed our meals. The service the first time was a little slow but I think that was because the waiter was assigned to too many tables. He was very apologetic...it was nice that he recognized the flaw in service. DH and I will be eating there again when we return for our anniversary in March!

always wanted to try it.............but..........we only do one italian and just cant give up Momma Melrose.

We ate there last summer and it was ok. Not outstanding but not bad either. I do remember the service being really slow but we were in a section with a huge party.

We ate here last summer also. It wasn't my favorite meal on property but was decent. DH got the NY Strip which was YUM...I got the chicken parm and was less than impressed. We also got the tomato bruschetta as an app which was good. We watched Spectro through the window, so that was fun. Didn't get a dessert but the table next to us got the ice cream bomb which was cute and looked like it would be tasty.

Ate there tonight for the 3rd time since last summer.

This time I got the Mushroom Ravioli.

One word:

mmmm....

We love Tony's  It has become our tradition to make it one of our first dinners and it always our last meal before we leave

Last time I ate here it was for breakfast. (some ten years ago) I was very happy with the service and food. It was a very cold, April morning and they were going to sit us outside. Thank but, no thanks! It one of those restaurants that people either like or dislike. May have to give it a try in the fall.

I avoided Tony's for years since it gets such bad reviews on here. In Sept. as we were walking by Tony's my DH asked why we never eat there. I told him because the Dis doesn't like it. He said "let's try it anyway". We got a walkup and it was wonderful! Our server was great as was the food. We are now planning our Aug adrs and it's the only adr he insists on!

We had lunch at Tony's in August and it was lovely. We've found this place to be a little inconsistent, but our last visit was wonderful (and given how few TS places there are in MK, if the menu interests you then it's definitely worth a try).

Personally, I think it is worth it. I have always had lovely meals and the wait staff has always been over the top friendly. My only complaint with Tony's as with all restaurant locations in Magic Kingdom is they don't serve wine. . .lol. . .that is my whine. . .

And Rafy is still there...brought us our food last night. :)

I find this so funny! Where are all the people who always bash Tony's??

I am another to say we actually really enjoyed Tony's on our last visit (although that was 2 years ago). We have it planned as our first ADR on our trip in May too. We were down for our honeymoon March 2008 and I remember they had decorated the table for us and our server was very nice. The food was pretty good too. It wasn't the best meal we've ever had but it was far from the worst. I don't know that I would categorize ANY Disney meal as the best we've ever had.

If anyone is planning to go there, I would suggest requesting a table out in the Solarium. The inside area seems a little dark.

I am glad to read all the good reviews on Tony's we have ADR's for here for our trip in July, we were not sure about it but thought we woud give it a shot.

Nothing is wrong with it, for park food it isn't bad at all, not like eating a 5 star restaurant but food service I give a 4 atmosphere I give it a 5, try it, most times you see something negative or positive on here is due to personal preference. I will eat there again, locatio is also a big plus. :thumbsup2

PS I rather TTS then Moracco in Epcot

well thank you all i have made my choice i am going to tonys for lunch all because of the great reviews

good choice...I liked the steak and my wife daughter enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. Not 5 star, but a good meal.
