What's wrong with me today? Do you ever feel like this?

I don't know what it is with me today, I woke up in the WORST mood. I don't want to talk to anyone, answer my phone, clean the house (well that's normal), I work for DH out of the house - don't want to do any work, don't want my kids talking to me or the dog getting near me. Oh, and dinner? that ain't happening in this kitchen, so DH had better not even ask or:duck: I just feel completely on edge today. Anybody else ever have days like this or am I just a Big Ole "B". I feel so bad, I've been so short with my kids & DH today. Maybe I need a cocktail tonight or just go to bed early and hope for a better tomorrow. Oh well, I'm feeling better already just getting this out of my system. Thanks for listening to me complain:crazy:

Let's see....about 5 out of 7 days!!! lol

I feel like that every now and again. I hope you have a better day tomorrow!!!

Yep, once a month. ;) But now I know how I am going to feel so I have to make sure my house is clean and then I am OK. If the house is "out of order" I am   :o  :crowded: :duck: :scared:

Yes, in fact, I just emerged from my bedroom about 10 minutes ago for feeling the same way. It's pouring dump truck buckets outside and I feel blah.

Have yourself a glass of wine or hot tea tonight and try to relax. Let DH and the kids know you need some mommy time to yourself, I'm sure this is what you need:D

Been there done that.....somtimes a  helps! Tomorrow is another day and man I hope it don't rain no more, blech! Your mood may transfer up here to me, lol! Pixie dust to you.....

Yep. It seems to happen the same time every month...:scratchin
Hmm...could it be...PMS?

no PMS here - maybe menopause? maybe depression? maybe this sucky weather?

Not pms, not menopause (I hope, I'm 33), & I don't think depression (it's just today). DH came home and I told him how I felt, we're going out to eat - YIPEE no cooking - O'Charley's kids eat free. I think after dinner, I'll put the kids to bed, have a glass of wine (or 2 ;)) watch my Thursday night line-up (flipping back & forth between NBC & HGTV) then call it a night - and DH better not think of touching the remote :duck: :teeth:

other things that might cause that are dehydration, hypoglycemia, too much caffeine, or not getting enough sleep. I also get that way from sensory overload -- if more than one person is trying to talk to me at once, or if someone is talking to me while the radio/TV are on -- watch out!!

in most cases i just chalk it up to pms or depression creeping in and try to keep to myself.
