What's wrong with barb's site

I tried typing it in the address bar and it won't come up. When I hit the link from Dave's it says YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS PAGE?

I also had a problem with accessing castawayclub.com but was able to access the site by entering the site via the fortunecity link.

I just went to Barb's site through the link on my website verandahman.com without any problem.

It appears to be experiencing sporadic problems today. Sometimes I can get a page, 30 seconds later I can't. Maybe something is going on with her ISP.
