Record all the offers you do in detail and don't delete any confirmations that you get through e-mail. I have lost out on credits because of poor record keeping at the beginning!

I would suggest clearing cookies before doing large orders or trials to make sure that it credits correctly. A lot of members forget to do this (especially when shopping and using various coupon sites to locate coupons).
