New Disney Visa "Inspire" card

Maybe someone knows how to do this. If I want to get the new card, I'll want/need to close a previous Chase card to free up some credit line. Do you know if it's easy to do that over the phone? I feel like Chase always wants me to call a different number to deal with a specific card. The goal would be to get the sign up bonus rather than upgrade my current card.

I haven't ever looked into business cards. Would they consider the gross income of the business or the net income?

You probably don’t need to close any cards. And it is super easy to transfer credit lines from one card to another. You can call or you can also send them a secure message and say I’d like to move this amount of credit line from X card to Y card. I think they do limit you to one per 30 days and some cards have a minimum amount of credit line you need to leave on them.

If you're logged in to your Chase account you can also very easily move credit limits between cards on the same account. Just a few clicks.

I'm in @cruisehopeful boat as transferring credit myself won't help me. Chase won't approve me without me lowering my CL as they have extended my limits across all of my accounts past their defined threshold. I forgot what that is but I am over it. Last summer I had to call after being denied for a card and then they were able to approve the card but they could not issue new credit and had to move credit from an existing card to put on it which obviously I couldn't do since it wasn't open at that point.

I have decreased credit over the phone. I have also transferred credit to another card by secure messaging.

No reckless speculation on what they'll offer?

One DVC lounge entry a year?
Maybe next DVC incentive round, $1500 off 150+ point purchases if you use this card?
Cut to the front of the line on the credit card exclusive character meet and greets?
9 month 0% financing?

These are not DVC cards so I wouldn’t expect anything besides the random incentive every now and then.
They aren't but its not unheard off to use one product to promote another. D23 isnt a DVC product but they are offering $500 discounts on DVC. In a world where nearly every credit card with a annual fee gives you some kind of lounge access, would it be absurd to allow someone a one time entry where they then get pushed towards a guide? "Oh, you like the AC and cheap treats? Well, how would you like 40+ more years of that?"

I send a secure message and ask them to lower my credit limit when they auto increase them, or when I know I have too much credit to get approved for a new card. Super easy to do without having to pick up a phone!
