Whats' up with the 40% CODE????????????

I received a 20% pin code via e mail for deluxe resort which I used mid-later August...I've been reading about all these 40% codes mostly by people who receive by e mail or regular mail, but some say they just "call"...I told a friend who was "lucky" enough to just call yesterday..after checking, the 40% code was applied by reservations, deluxe category as well..Lucky for my friend!!!!!!!!!!!!

I then called back twice yesterday and asked if I had a 40% code "attached" to my name..They said no..I explained what happened to my friend and the reservationist said that they could loose their job by just applying a code..Calls are closely monitored they said...

Anyone have anything further on 40% code??? Any insight into this "code" culture would be GREATLY APRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called yesterday and they checked my account and said that there's nothing on it yet but to keep trying back. I wonder if she knew something that I didn't?

Not everyone receives the 40% off..some 20% and others 30%, most people have received nothing..I know it is a bummer when the discount is not what you wanted or expected..however, count your blessings.Most of us have gotten nada.

I'm super excited I got 20% because I am now able to do a split stay with Pop and WL instead of just Pop or just a mod! 40% would have been great, but 20% beats nothing!

What are the dates people are getting these codes for?Just wondering if all of them are only good for certain dates.Thanks

Not sure, I didn't get one..I do know there were alot of black out dates.

Last year literally I called on a whim. Never ever got any e-mails, never ever got pins in the mail.. So I call and say "can you check to see if I have any codes attached to my old last name before I got married?" I DID! We wound up saving over $1000 because we got 40% off the room at AKL savannah view.

I love codes!!! I feel bad for the people that don't know anything about codes. Even the ones for the general public. I just saved my BIL $200 and got him free upgrades for park hoppers and waterpark fun and more because he had no idea how to book a disney trip. EVERYONE tells me I should be a Disney Travel Agent. I WISH!!!!!
