Okay, for once I have a chance to do a RSP for event pins and the
forms are supposed to go out this week so I ask you, whats with the not even having pictures let along pins to show us what we are supposed to be dying to own? Are we supposed to psychic out the pins we want by seeing the future? Will the pictures that they do have be a good representation of what we are getting?

Oh well, can't afford them all anyway.......can I?

I guess to make ME's target numbers they've decided that printing brouchures cuts into their already exorbinant profits.....so they post them online at ODPT, or you can view them via link on dizpins.com.

So far, I haven't seen anything that would make me want to spend this type of $$ for this event, even though I'll be at WDW that weekend.

As for good representation, remember this is artwork not an accurate picture of the actual pin, so things can change.

at the Happy Haunts Ball last year, they did the same thing. When we called Event services, they said they would not be doing the brochures for that event (but had the year before). The picture were terrible, and when we saw the merchandise, it looked very different. They also gave us a comment form, and we made sure to put down to continue making the brochures of merchandise, along with our opinion of the pictures they had posted. We also heard there that they would not be doing them ANYMORE to cut event costs. The problem is, the pictures on odpt.com are not very clear. They had no measurements listed for the pins, and friends who went ot the March event at WDW said the pins were very small. Notice however, that the event prices are increasing- not decreasing.

For the MGM event pins, luckily Dozpins had nice clear pictures.
It's pretty sad when the better source for event merchandise and info is not from Disney.
There is now quite a bit of info on the official Disney site for the merchandise. I don't think RSPs are being mailed for a few weeks.
The MGM pins were smaller than I expected -- agree. Nice quality. But a tad too small for the pin detail.
