whats under the secret porthole rooms?

Dont I see 2 floors of barrels in the pictures on Barb's site? Why arent the rooms under the secret portholes also considered secret portholes, especially the room in the middle? And with most poortholes a person can look down but with the secret portholes can just look out, am I correct? Still cant be beat for free

Under the secret porthole rooms (deck#4) are the restrooms outside of the Walt Disney Theatre. There are not any staterooms on deck#4.

Basically, you're paying a cat 10 (inside cabin) rate for a cabin with a partially-to-fully blocked porthole window. You can check out photos of them at:
