1st timer here for California. Can anyone tell me the weather in November? Will we still be able to hit the beach? In your opinion, Legoland, California Adventure or Sea World? My kids are 8 and 5. We have been to WDW plenty of times and Sea World Orlando. Thanks for the info.:goodvibes

It will still be fairly warm. I haven't been to either of those 3 so I can't help you there sorry! I would think maybe Sea World or LEgoland. I don't think California Adventures is that great. I've been in there to walk around and that was about it.

You can always hit the beach, but you would NOT want to swim in the ocean in November. It stays rather chilly even in the summer, especially by Atlantic standards.

Weather in SoCal in November can range from highs in the 50s to highs in the 80s. It's also prime Santa Ana wind weather, where it gets very hot and dry and windy. That's when the fires usually start, but the last 2 big ones (2007 and 2003) started and ended in October.

Are you asking if I would recommend Legoland, CA or SeaWorld? Yes. :) Do you have to choose just one? Legoland is unique, but Disneyland is very different from WDW (and CA Adventure isn't worth the trip alone, but DL or DL and DCA is). SeaWorld is wonderful and one of my favorites, but it's different from SeaWorld Orlando and may not be worth a separate trip for your family unless they are real marine mammal fans.

The weather is nice. The ocean is freezing. It's always cold, though, even in the summer. Sometimes kids just don't care though :) It gets cold at night and in the mornings. 40's-50's, but can warm up very nicely in the day.
Are you making a trip to Disneyland? If you are, then go to California Adventure. If not, then skip it. Sea World is super fun! Legoland is good the first time and good for your kids. It's gets old really quick, though, and the park hours are very short. The hours will probably be 10am-5pm when you are there. I also recommend the SD Zoo. It is very good. The Wild Animal park is not worth it IMO.

Have fun!
