Keep hitting zero...it's what i do for ANY automated system when I don't have time for all the nonsense.

Saying something along the lines of "speak to a cast member" in response to a question will probably get you through. Good luck

thank you! I did have to say speak to a cast member several times before the automated system stopped asking for more info. next time will try the "0" approach, lol
