What's the story behind your tag?

I was whinning once about the misserable and never ending weather in Mass. Getting SNOW in April, and the TF took pitty on me.

When the yearbook post came about I posted about that and was tagged for that.

There was a post on what in our daily lives is Disney, I mentioned I frequently make Mickey pancakes for my kids.

The first part is because no one ever calls me by my first name. I am just "Pete's Mom" to everyone.

The second part, well, I posted on a thread about going older that in my youth, I used to have Playboy breasts and now they are more like National Geographic. Then I remembered that tag fairy was always out and about so I posted begging for her not to tag me with that.

Well, let's see...the Mahjong one is because I started a thread asking where to go to play that game...I had heard about the game and wanted to try it, but didn't know where to go to play.

The salad dressing one was because someone wanted to know how to get something they spilled out of...something...(oh, now I don't remember what!) and I said I'd tell them, if they told me how to get the salad dressing that had spilled in my car off my floor mat. (Being sarcastic of course..I was teasing) I had a left over salad from lunch in my car, in a styrafoam-type left over container, I turned my car a tad too fast, the salad tipped, and the dressing spilled all over my car floor! HENCE, my car sMelled for days, yet I spelled that wrong! LOL! Oh well...makes for a cute tag.

I love reading tags and really wanted one for myself but I always assumed that since I post sporadically and am not really part of any groups (not complaining - I like lurking, mostly) that I was "below the tag fairy's radar". Hence the first one.

The second one shows my excitement for Harry Potter movies. I'm psyched that PoA is being shown in IMAX theaters at the same time as regular theaters.

The third (I had to go back and do a search!) was in a "pet peeve" thread and I said that I don't like "close talkers". I have one friend that practically stands on my toes when she talks to me. She also "sprays" a little when she talks. What, exactly, is the most polite way to handle wiping someone else's spit off your face????? LOL.

Tag Fairy: Keep it up! You make this place a bit cheerier.

I got a web cam as a gift, lol! I was looking for someone else who has a web cam on here to test it out! So I posted a question asking, and I also said that I watch web cams of animals. It's so incredible to see polar bears in action, kelp forests, to see Pandas at the zoo, etc.

I guess the tag fairy was reading my posts, lol too! I think that is pretty cool!

I got "Slam Dancer Extraordinaire" because at my wedding reception, my bridesmaids and I slam danced to "Rock Lobster" - yes, fully decked out in our gowns. (Much to DH Obi-wans dismay. Pretty sure he was wondering what he got himself into!) What can I say? My Maid of Honor and I were children of the 80's!.

"It's only cute when I do it" is something I say a lot to Matthew - I do mischevious things and get away with them, when he tries to do the same thing and gets in trouble I tell him "Its only cute when I do it"

"Goddess of the Collectors Board" was a title jokingly brought up a while back in a post and it stuck

"Double dog darer" is because I'm constantly getting people in trouble by pushing them to do something with "I double dog dare you" - Right Sonja?

"Secretly has the hots for WM Cricket" - well, what can I say - it was such a secret that even I didn't know it until the other day!
