What's the story behind your tag?

I used to have one about getting lost in a Publix cupcake, but it disappeared.

I need something one day about my ex MIL putting her dog in the freezer. Or the fact that my boyfriend wears chicken and shark "panties" (as Madison calls them).

My first and second are pretty self-explanatory.
The third one is because I posted on a thread about Thanksgiving desserts. I didn't think my sister would make a pecan pie liked I had asked, so I asked if someone would take pity on me and send me a slice.

I give up on getting a tag! So many post about not asking, etc. Just put a postage stamp on my rump and call it a tag........ LOL, sorry Tag Fairy, no offense. I just want one to.

Maybe someday my tagfairy will come!

well, i'm always grounded!!! and i was at the tagliarchy complaining because i was gorunded. i don't remember saying that exactly, but usually when i get grounded it's from the computer!! and the second one is from a nickname oddball27 gave me!! so when i went onto the potc fan club i said that.

My first one came when I was talking about taking my kids to WDW and maybe I should wait until they were older. The second came during a thread asking if anyone hides from their kids...

BTW Stepharoonie, that was one of the funniest stories I've ever read. I shared it with everyone I knew and they were dying of laughter too!

I got one of my tags from posting to a thread called "what do you do to keep the Disney magic year round" or something to that affect. DH, DD and I get our quick fixes from Disney commercials to keep the magic going. The Tag Fairy saw it and with in minutes of posting it was there. I was totally surprised.

The tag about excellence is one that I did myself. Being in the Air Force, excellence is something we strive for everyday. It's a saying that pumps me up to do my best and never settle for anything less.

I have often wondered where some of the sayings came from.

Is a big loser in the very best sense of the word: I mentioned on a thread once that I had lost 150# and I'm proud of being that kind of "loser"!

Dumbo or Die: My first Disney trip was to Disneyland Paris where they told me I was too big to ride Dumbo (read too fat). After losing all the weight we finally got to go to Disneyworld where our motto for the trip was "Dumbo or Die". They let me on that time!!

I forgot about the torrid affair with the mouse!! That came when I mentioned once that my husband told a friend the only man he was worried about me cheating with was a 4 foot tall mouse! I said I'd leave him in a heartbeat for a chance to live in Cindy's castle with Mickey!

"Impatiently waiting for Spring" refers to our awful, cold, lingering Winter weather here in NE. We have all gotten tired of it. It looks like Spring has finally arrived but then again ..........

"Shops for the good prices" was given to me after responding to a thread about bargains. I do buy items on sale and with coupons whenever possible, even when in Orlando for vacation.

"Disney Recipe Collector" refers to my hobby and related website. My collection gets bigger by the day.

Mine are from replying to a thread on your favorite kind of donut - Boston Creme, of course.

The second is from replying to a thread where it seemed everyone was getting comp upgrades!

I love my tags. The day I got them, I was so excited I showed everyone in my office. I was shaking because I was so happy. My friend keeps asking me if I got more "fairy dust."
