We spent our 10 year anniversary at the Grand Floridian. That was our "perfect" romantic vacation. 
We keep saying that we need to go back and have a just the 2 of us trip. However, we stayed at POFQ in September for our 14th anniversary and were were very romantical and had a wonderful time.
So, while the dream romance trip is the Grand Floridian, we did find romance was not scarce elsewhere.
