Whats the height requirement for Soarin?

I thought it was 40"...disneyworld.com says 40" but the new Birbaum 2006 book says 42". DD is 40.75" so I don't even want to mention going on this ride if theres a chance she won't be tall enough. Can anyone tell me for sure?

I checked a guide may from Aug for my Grandson & it said 40".

The hight requirement is definitely 40". We got on it twice during our visit (Oct 3 - 8) and our DD who turned 4 during the trip LOVED it!

40 inches. My dd3 was just under the mark last month. I am really hoping she grew a little and can go on it next week. She just got hiking boots that might go with us for the sole purpuse of a ride on Soarin'. Those hiking boots like Soarin' you know.
