What's the funniest thing a cast member has ever said to you?

Product??!

Don't make me say it......I was going through the last stage of menopause and you had to be prepared for anything. I mean anything.....the only thing I did not have was an adult diaper.

I have to laugh; there are things I only tell my hairdresser, best girlfriend and an entire board of Disers.

About 10 years ago, we were at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and we were one of the first groups to be seated, so it was pretty early. When Alice (in Wonderland) came by our table to chat with us, she said that she couldn't believe we were all up as early as "the butt crack of dawn". We all just laughed, the kids didn't understand her but we told them about it a couple years later when they were old enough.

Must have been an english expression.

I think that Crush must get some of the strangest responses from children. And the faces that he makes are priceless!

One night during the question and answer section a little girl asked crush how he went to the bathroom. He looked surprised at the question and went to the side of the rock where only you could see his face and hummed a little, looking straight ahead and then back at the kids sitting in front of him

Yeah! We had a funny interaction w/ Crush but we don't think Crush was as amused by it as we were... Crush asked if we had any questions for him and my DD did... she asked him "if a turtle loses his shell, is he homeless or naked?" Well a bunch of the adults busted up but Crush didn't seem too amused. I still think it's a rather funny question. BTW, my DD came up with the question. I didn't put her up to it!

Ha ha love it! And itis a great question :thumbsup2

I'd love to meet Crush's "friends"..My last trip there was this little boy who was picked to ask a question and he just kind of...well..babbled into the microphone. You couldn't understand what he was saying. This went on for about a minute straight and Crush nodded a couple times, went silent for about 15 seconds then just said "Yes".

This isn't something that was said, but something a character did.

My mom & I meet up at Disney every year. Well, last September we were eating at Garden Grill for the first time & were pretty excited about the character M&G as we usually don't take the time to do them.

Well, we get up and take our picture with Mickey. As we prepare to sit back down, Mom's napkin falls on the floor. When she reached down to grab it, Mickey pretended to smack her butt!! & I don't mean a pretend light smack.. He really hauled his hand back like he was going to hit it hard! I almost DIED and am LMAO as I write this. The waitress witnessed it and couldn't believe it either! My poor mom didn't know why I was laughing and her face turned RED once I told her. I guess farmer Mickey is a bit naughty!

Upon entering the park, My daughter (8) asked why they were looking in our bags.

"I'm looking for Mickey," said the security guard.

Lol silly Mickey for hiding.

When buying an ice cream bar at the Wilderness Lodge Store:
CM: "Have you been told about the quality assurance program for this product?"
Me: "For a Crunch Bar?"
CM: "Yes, it involves me taking a bite of it and assuring that it tastes good."
Me: "Well, I don't think they would appreciate it (pointing to my twins in utero)."
CM: "Well, they're going to have to learn to share. Might as well start now."

:goodvibes

Our first trip to Disney World in October of 2010 included 10 of us (myself, my husband, my 2 kids, my mother in law, my sister in law, and her 4 kids) & was largely funded by my recently deceased father in law's life insurance. In his honor, we all wore special made t-shirts for our CRT breakfast. Upon leaving the castle, we run into Cinderella's step-sisters and step-mother, who are hilarious and flirting with my nephews (16yr and 12 yr). Then one of them looks around at us, and loudly says, "Oh my! We don't want to marry you fellas! You're so poor you have to all wear the same shirts! How terrible!!!"

We laughed so hard we were crying!

Sounds like most of my first dates........Thank you for sharing.

A couple of years ago my family went dressed up to MNSSHP. My Dad was dressed as Carl from UP. As we were walking down Main Street one of the CM selling balloons yell to another CM "Hey! Look! It's my Boss Carl!"

We were in MK a few years ago and saw Chip & Dale - another group was talking to them and suddenly Chip dropped to the ground and started doing ONE armed push ups - a ton of them. We were cracking up - I don't know what they said to Chip to get him to do that but it was really amazing to see.

I have two actually! The first was when me and my brother met Alice and the Mad Hatter, my brother had just lost a tooth, so there was a gap in his smile. When we met Alice, she gasped and said, "Oh my, where is your tooth? Did you swallow it?" The Mad Hatter wondered if it was in his shoe :p

That same trip, me and my family went to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, and my brother was picked from the audience to talk to the monster on stage. He was wearing his Mickey Ears at the time, and when the monster chose him, he said, "Whoa! I don't think I've seen a human with 4 ears before!" We all found it very amusing :rotfl:

My friends and I went to MNSSHP dressed as Huey Dewey and Louie, and while just about every CM loved it and asked where Uncle Donald was, there was one CM who wasn't quite on board with it, yelling out to us "HEY! It's the angry birds!"... It was made much funnier by another CM standing next to her who rolled her eyes and said "Really? And you work at Disney World?"

I have 2:

1. My DD and niece were waiting to see Peter Pan and my niece has the braces with the neon color bands on them. When they got to see Peter, he said to her "I see you have hidden your treasure on your teeth. Hook will never find it there!" Might be a common line - but we loved it and talked about it for the rest of the trip.

2. At the Cinderella dinner and Grand Floridian, the same niece, her mother and DD had gotten up to get some more food so it was just me and my (then) 3 year old son at the table. Drucella came to the table and in her perfect whining voice said "just the two of you at this whole table?" Then to any child that walked by she would say, "Do you belong to this table?" When they would look blankly back at her, she would say "Well move along then." She was hysterical. Definitely my favorite of the night!

Well this wasn't actually a CM but was a pretty funny interaction with another guest....
I found this one in my notebook tonite as I was pulling it out for our trip next week....
We were dining at Coral Reef and there was a little girl sitting at the table next to us and she rather loudly proclaimed to her family that she had an "eye booger". Her father said, "Stop. People are trying to eat around here." I guess he could hear us giggling, because he turned to us and said, "excuse her, she's a redneck." That made us laugh even harder!! :rotfl2:

Loving all the posts!!!!

I was insulted by a naughty trash can! We were on our honeymoon in WDW and wearing the wedding Mickey ears, Push trundled up to me and says "Are you on your honeymoon?", I said "yes" and he said "You look very tired, you mustn't have gotten any sleep last night!!!" It was a real "did he just say what I think he said and in Disney?!" moment :) All the adults walking nearby stopped & burst out laughing but none of the kids knew why :rotfl:

In Disneyland Paris waay back, we got stuck on Casey Junior (the kid's coaster) in the snow. The CM from the Storybook Boats roared up in a French accent "Ha, ha, ha... you will all freeze and die!" DLP was a strange place back then!

Something a PP said reminded me of an instance from my last trip.

It was the last day of a ten-day trip, and my Mom and I had packed up our luggage to check in to the POP luggage babysitter's station while we hit up MK one last time. Well, long story short, one of our bags was overweight and we had to transfer something into the backpack we would be carrying into the park.

My mom grabbed a few things that looked the heaviest, shoved them in the bag, and zipped the suitcase up fast (nothing like rifling through dirty laundry on a sidewalk :P)

Well, when we got to MK, Mom claimed she had to call my Grandmother and sweetly asked if I would hold the backpack while she did so.

Then she sailed through the guests without bags entrance, leaving me with the backpack.

A very kind security man asked me to unzip my backpack, which I did. Revealing three smaller bags inside. He asked me to unzip the first...

Makeup.

and the second?

Makeup.

and the third?

Makeup.

and underneath those?

a hairdryer.

My mom had grabbed every cosmetic anything from our all-girls trip from the suitcase and shoved them in!

The look he gave me was priceless.

When I was younger (like 11), my sister (then 9) and I went into the Adventurer's Club with my parents and were greeted by the "maid" who told my sister "there's nothing to be afraid of... everything is ok... everything is just fine", then nudged her forward in front of me and proceeded to tell me "be afraid, be very very afraid"...

Ah, I miss the AC already.

wasn't sure if AC counts since that is all about quips, but when we were there during spring break our group got the comment "watch out for that group .... they will come after you with their slide rules!!!!'

We were all from Lehigh University whose mascot, at the time, was The Engineers (not sure how she knew that)
