What's the difference?

Hi everyone! I was hoping to hear from some people who have cruised on both sides of the Atlantic. Apart from the obvious (port excursions, weather, transfers), what differences have you found between cruising in Europe and cruising in the Caribbean? Activities, food, staff, etc. in particular.
